Authorities are investigating an apparent murder-suicide that occurred Thursday, January 22, in Yardley, Pennsylvania, leaving two people dead.
According to the Lower Makefield Township Police Department, officers were called to a residence on South Dove Road for an investigation on Thursday. Upon arrival, police discovered two deceased individuals inside the home. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
While officials have not yet released the identities of the individuals involved, investigators believe the incident was a murder-suicide. Police indicated there is no ongoing threat to the public, and the scene has been secured.
